Hello everyone, I am new to the Health and Fitness course.

Hello,

 

I have been living in Kuwait for the past 3 years and the gym I have been going to is pretty lame, but it works. The other day I was working out, and I was talking with the owner (Kuwaiti man) and I was telling him how I feel like passing out, even when I do light weight on the dead-lift. He was telling me it is because of my blood and suggesting eating more broccoli.

 

Has anyone ever heard of this? I know plenty of foods help with blood circulation, but he was very animate about the broccoli.
