I have received my fourth semester grades for my proctored exams, I have passed them all and I have completed the ECE Program! My many thanks to everyone at Penn Foster i am very happy and proud of this accomplishment! To everyone who is just getting started in their studies, don't give up, keep moving forward it is worth all of the effort you can do it too!
