Recorded Webinars

I know I've posted many discussion and questions about this topic already, but I feel as another helpful resource of learning would be to make all  webinars available to be seen at your own convenience. Even if you're not using it to gain "credit" there may be one in particular you would really like to attend but it just doesn't fit in your schedule. Sure you won't be able to comment but at least you won't feel like you've missed out on something important. Especially since the times provided when they occur are all over the place and they aren't something available on a daily basis. It may be 2 weeks before another one is available in the subject you're interested in listening to what an instructor has to say. What exactly is detrimental to having access to ones you just can't make? Anyone else agree disagree? Would love to hear opinions!!!
