Hello Community members! One of the projects we are currently working on is creating a "new student orientation" space here in the community. The idea is new students would be directed to this space once they enroll and there they will find answers to the most frequently asked questions that a new student would have. In addition we would have regularly scheduled PF live session to answer additional questions.
What we would like to hear from you:
We'd love to hear some of the questions you had when enrolling at Penn Foster. What could be made more clear to you? What did you learn later that you wish you knew when you enrolled? What information can we make readily available to new students to help them get started with their studies quicker and more easily? What is confusing? Where could you use the most help? Remember this is focused specifically on new students orientation and the challenges you had as a new student. This can apply to enrollment, using the student portal, using the communty, starting your studies etc...
We will take your feedback and develop a new "Student Playbook" and orientation space to help on board students and make the Penn Foster experience even better!
