From one animal lover to another, I just want other peoples' view on this topic. How many agree with the banning or killing off all pit bulls? I strongly and firmly believe that pit bulls should not be punished for what their owners train them to do. I have a pit bull mix and he is the best dog that I have ever had. He is great with all animals ( he was attacked by my dad's Chihuahuas and didn't do a thing) and is great with anybody who walks in the house and loves my son. Fortunately, he is staying with my mother in law until we return from Germany since pit bull mix is not allowed here. I really miss him and everybody who meets him sees he is just a loving, good natured dog. Any dog can be trained to fight or be vicious. My dad's Chihuahuas are more vicious than any pit bull that I have encountered. The people who train these dogs to fight should be euthanized not the dogs. They are only doing what their owner taught them to do. They have no soul or conscious if they train these innocent animals to attack each other. It is not the dog's fault. The euthanizing of innocent pit bulls needs to stop!
