I'm wondering if anyone...ANYONE....can give me some insight as to what is going on recently?? I enrolled in my 1st semester June 2012...I spent a good portion of the time in semester 1 waiting...on books...on grades...just waiting.....Even though I ended the semester with a 3.57 gpa...I never once got an email congratulating me on any of the good grades I got on my tests. Every once in awhile I would get a confirmation email regarding a webinar that I registered for, but this was few and far between- never anything that happened consistently.
Regarding this whole "community forum" I had to search it out and find it for myself in February 2013....I never received any emails explaining any change at all-- and my correct email address WAS and IS on file because I do get emails sporadically.
Then I start seeing people posting about these "congratulations" emails they are getting when they do good on a test...why are some people getting them and others not???????
And emails with the new "Deans List" ....again.....what is going on???? I was never sent any kind of packet asking me if I wanted to be included on that list...I figured it would be automatic....there should be an "opt out" option if someone doesn't want to be on the list, not an "opt in" option...I have been bugged by all of this for a while now, but I have been trying to keep it in...I don't think I can anymore.....What kind of school makes you jump through hoops--after working so hard!-- just to get on a list that EVERY OTHER SCHOOL automatically puts you on??? Oh but first....they tell you that you "actually" didn't make it on the list because they include grades from THIS semester when trying to figure it out....
I am at my wits end here.....I have made a few posts recently regarding my frustration with these issues....along with that **** research paper for vet software.....and I have yet to have anyone in any kind of authority actually contact me to tell me what and/or why all of this is going on.
Please don't tell me that I should be calling the school...I have already put my complaints regarding contacting them directly on this board....Oh....another inconsistency.....when I emailed the school before I would always get a confirmation email stating that the email was sent properly....now...never....
Is there any actual people on the other end??????
